- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing model is based off the amount of space your possessions use up in our trailer. Our team likes to play a game to who can fit the most stuff in a small space which saves our customers money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We at JDOG Junk Removal find it best to get onsite and one on one with our customers to work with them in understanding what they would like to get ride of to get them the best price possible and to make sure that when we are complete with the job .. that there is a sense of relief that you claimed a space back to your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the General Manager of the Lehigh Valley, I have a Bachelors Degree in Business and spent 8 years active duty Navy as a Military Police Officer.
