- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to give back to the community and our customers as much as we can! Be sure to ask about our rates and discounts because they do change and sometimes we are able to offer better discounts. We can always do a 3% discount for any customer that pays by cash or check. Veterans are always eligible for at least a $250 rebate, ask us how!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing is that we MUST come out to your property to properly inspect your roof and determine what work has to be done. Next, we like to discuss the project details with the customer to ensure we really understand what it is they want and are looking for, and we go over the entire process of their project with them and what they should expect from start to finish. Then, we go over the pricing and financing options if applicable. Finally, about 15-20 minutes later, if you choose to sign a contract with us we will schedule a date to start your project which is typically 1-4 weeks in the future. We make sure the customer's questions have been fully answered to the best of our ability and make sure they have all the information they need to get in contact with us with any questions or concerns they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every installer on The Scartelli Team is GAF certified and has a MINIMUM of 10 years roofing experience.
