- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every process is different based on the customer's needs. We can be up and running very quickly if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In short, our team members have a tremendous amount of training more than any of our competitors. (Ask for proof. Some companies don't require ANY training!) At minimum, our staff are trained in the MOAB course (16 hours) and CPR/Basic First Aid (6 hours). Additionally, all staff which work bars, parties, events, etc. are certified in the liquor control board's RAMP server/seller course (3 hours) and certified according the the "Philadelphia Bouncer Certification" (16 hours). Our armed staff are required to obtain a minimum of 40 hours of additional training through a certified lethal weapons training course. These are the minimums Omega sets. Many of our employees have significantly more trainings such as police academy, constable training, military background, martial arts training, school resource officer certification, CPI, TSA's SIDA certification, EVOC, and many others.
