Wow, working with John was a great experience! He did great work and was very friendly. He answered every question I had and provided me with plenty of information so I could make an informed decision, which ended up saving me money!
I would highly recommend John as he will work to solve the actual problem and provide you with a long lasting solution.
John replaced my water regulator and hot water heater pressure relief valve. I also set up an additional appointment for future work on a separate issue.

John was very quick to respond and set up a time to come and view my issue. They came the day I called him and got the issue remedied right away. In addition, he was very generous with information about our house and a few questions I had about a renovation we are starting to plan. I couldn't have made a better choice!

John deserves 5 stars. He was fair, honest, an expert in his field and very easy to work with. We moved from Boston to Pittsburgh and needed someone dependable to work on our Victorian home. John replaced all of our toilets and moved a gas line for us (as well as a bunch of other smaller things) and he went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done well and quickly. We will call John with all of our plumbing needs!

John was very friendly and explored all options with me to find the best solution. Work is very professional. Our slow drain now drains at light speed and everything is clamped and braced so it's a solid system. Work was completed about a month ago now and everything works perfectly. I'll definitely be using him for any future plumbing work.
