- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult for us to have a standard pricing for our service, as we provide on a case-by-case service. There are a number of factors we have to consider before quoting anybody. If you are curious and would like a quote from us, please contact us via phone, or by email.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the client before the work is done-whether via phone call, person-to-person meeting, or email, sort out the details of what THEY want, as well as explain what services we can provide them, and we schedule. All of my clients end up very happy people!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
