Iteration Nutrition Coaching will evaluate your specific needs and goals, to create an individual plan based on macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats). Flexible dieting will be used to get in a diet of mostly nutrient dense, whole foods, allowing for some flexibility to eat a treat for special occasions. Weekly phone calls allow us to touch base, evaluate progress, and adjust the plan accordingly. Additionally, you can contact me via e-mail and text message on a daily basis. I enjoy seeing clients reach their goals- whether that is body composition (lose fat or gain muscle), athletic performance, or simply getting healthier.

I’m hoping the pictures speak for themselves, but I would be remiss if I didn’t give Alicia the specific praise she deserves for helping me reach my goals. In a few words, I’m beyond grateful for and impressed by Alicia at Iteration Nutrition. In 4 months, she has coached and shaped me to be in the best shape of my life for my wedding day. Alicia came in with a plan that was completely "doable" for me. She wasn't afraid to tell me when to stay focused and hit it hard in the gym, but also is sensitive to the fact that life is what it is and to enjoy it, especially the important events leading up to a wedding. Alicia is incredibly easy to work with - like a friend, really - but who also knows her stuff. She's flexible, responsive and always has the right thing to say! I've lost nearly 10 pounds and 10 inches, and – finally – have some semblance of abs after desperately seeking them most of my adult life. She’s fiercely dedicated to her craft and to her own well-being, and I would trust her to guide me through any future diet/fitness goals that may come my way. Be prepared to do your part: work hard, be disciplined, hit your macros. But also be prepared to have a guide and one hell of a cheerleader.

Alicia is available for questions and if she doesn't know an answer right away (which is rare) she is honest and says so and does some research and gets back to me! She is encouraging without being negative and helps me want to be successful! I am totally glad I chose to work with her on my goals for nutrition and general health!

I've been utilizing her for about a month now and it's going great. She calculates my macros out and keeps me accountable. If I fall short, she gives helpful tips on how to make sure I'm hitting those numbers and also gives a lot of good examples of food I can eat to make sure I do hit my macros. Super glad I chose her!
