Mike Williams says, "The wind pulled the gutter and the fascia away from the corner of my house. Water was running down the side of the house and the gutter was in danger of coming down completely. I called and emailed a number of roofers, but no one wanted the job or didnt even bother to return the call. Luis of Top Roofing Solutions got back to me within 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. He came the next day (Sunday morning) to give me an estimate. It was reasonable and I agreed. He said that he would try to fit me in the next day or two. He came at 11:30 on Tuesday and worked quietly and quickly. They even took the time to fix a few other problems (fascia coming loose at other places around the roof) and did not charge extra. They were very polite and friendly.My neighbor came out and saw the good work they did and had them do his house too. They replaced his fascia which had blown off, tacked down some roofing tiles that were coming up, secured the other loose fascia around his house, fixed the siding on his patio and on the screened in porch on his deck. He told me that he too was very happy with their work.What impressed me was how neatly and respectfully they worked. Instead of carrying a ladder and tools through his house to the screened in porch on the rear deck, they put a ladder against his house and hoisted the other ladder and tools up and over the railing on the deck. They did all the repairs on the back deck from the outside without having them walk in and out of the house. That was above and beyond the call in my opinion.I would recommend them without any reservation. Good roofers are hard to find and especially ones that are efficient, respectful, neat, reliable and reasonably priced."See more
