The service was top notch work. Before searching for the quote, I had bad experience with other roofing contractor several years ago. Hence, I had a hard time, trusting the bids I was asking for. Until I found Frank Maxwell and Robin through this website, Frank came out next day to give the quote for new bigger deck and siding..... A real big project in my book. The quote was average...not the cheapest. AND IT IS WORTH! Frank, Robin, and Jeff did the marvelous work. They built real throughly and carefully. A beautiful siding..... Can't express how great deck looks. What's more, they made sure that my deck is well regulated by the city requirement. Robin always kept me up to the date with the work underway. If you are looking for the quotes, stop here... Don't go further. Give them a call. You won't regret!

Work was perfect! Communication was great throughout. Took time to sand and prep outdoor wood siding before painting which most contractors would have skimped on. Highly recommend working with Ken and Jamie. Thanks for the great work!

Jason has been fantastic to work with. He came out to give us a bid and on the spot fixed a small issue we were having. This and the price regarding further renovations cemented our decision to use his services. So far he has uninstalled our previous contractor's sloppy work, helped us reimagine our kitchen, and has been following through in a timely and professional manner. He provides us with options at every step of the way, but based on his work, we trust him to do whatever he thinks is right because "the proof is in the pudding." We could not be happier that we found Jason to help us perfect our first home.

Work went as expected, on time completion, reasonable price for an all-inclusive package of services (including sub-contractors where needed).

Brian and Kathy came to bid the job, provided a written estimate and stuck to it. They were able to schedule within the week for this smallish job. It was small because it was just an outlet for the porch; but it was difficult because they had to drill through the wall of the house and the brick in order to flush mount the GFCI. Brian is meticulous in his work. He thinks about it first, then proceeds, and the results are terrific. I will recommend Brian to friends and neighbors and will have him back again.

Refreshing to meet a contractor who understands and uses technology. I used Dwayne to consult on the proper configuration for my sink & disposal. It gave me problems for years. He evaluated it and proposed new piping. It seems much better although I'm only on day one. Price was reasonable. Labor and parts was below $150. Wish I had done with the first problem! Expert advice is hard to get. Dwayne was the first to see that the pipe direction was wrong. Thank you.

Chad is a trustworthy and honest businessman, who provides strong attention to detail in his work. He did a fantastic job on my house project, constructing a roof over the existing deck with an unusual layout. Chad suggested a modified plan for my original roof idea, creating an amazing design to match the deck and house. His work speaks for itself, and is a proven design and build contractor.

From our experience, we've gone through a lot of contractors that have been flaky and dishonest. John at Symbio does good work, but more importantly we've come to trust him, which we have found is rare. We would certainly recommend him.

The job I hired out was hanging and finishing ~2100 sqft of drywall. Walls in 4 rooms and 900 sqft of ceilings. I was not present for 90% of the work - I left a key outside for them to get in and out while I was at work. All in all, John seemed like a good guy, he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with his work, and I am glad I gave the job to him. Timeliness: 5/5 John gave me a quote on a Tuesday and hung 98 sheets of drywall that Saturday. He does not do the finishing himself, but the crew that did the finishing also finished in 5 days. We needed it done quickly so we could move in, so this was critical, and we were very happy with the speed. Hanging Quality: 4/5 Overall, the hanging looked good. From my perspective, he quoted 2 days and finished in 1. If he would have slowed down and taken his time, he could have avoided a few minor things like: -Marking access panel to plumbing so it does not hit studs on both sides. -Bending drywall around an uneven stud instead of having me make a shim. Finishing Quality: 2/5 I was disappointed with the finishing crew. They spent a lot of time criticizing the rest of the drywall work in the house done by the previous owners, but theirs was not much better! They knew we wanted to protect our carpet and floors, and we spent hours covering the floors in plastic and taping it down. I came in after the first day to see the plastic pulled away from the wall in multiple places and huge globs of joint compound dropped directly onto the carpet. They also forced us to get 5.5" baseboards, because they were too lazy to fill in screws near the bottom of the sheets. They also did not sand down joints at the bottom - there are large buildups of compound ~3-4" up from the floor that I will have to sand before putting baseboards in. They charged an extra $500 to do flat ceilings vs. textured, and there were many pitted areas and gouges in those ceilings. They said they would come back and patch those, so I marked several. About half of those turned out, but the other half look the same as before. At that point, we just wanted to start living here, so I gave up on them. Price: 4/5 John quoted me for $4500 total for the 2100 sqft job. $2.15/sqft was higher than I had heard I should expect, but I did not have time to shop around. His quote ended up being pretty close, but he did not factor in that I was responsible for disposal of all waste (Additional $180 and 2 hrs of labor on my end). I also didn't know I was responsible for the 3 cubic yards of scrap disposal until the end. He moved it into the yard for me, but it was a surprise that I had to take care of it from there.

Bishop Contracting I found to be opposite the usual experience found with many of today's contractors. He came when he said he would come. He did the work he said he would do. He completed the job in the time frame agreed. He had the tools, equipment and materials necessary to do the job the 1st time around. He charged what he said he would charge. If you are looking for slick brochures, fancy web sites or IPAD presentations look elsewhere. If you are looking to get a job done call Bishop Contracting.

Dino was professional in every interaction whether in person or on the phone. He always answered his phone when I called or returned my message quickly. He listened carefully to the work I wanted done (construction of concrete parking pads) and provided a timely and fair quote. While I ultimately decided to hire another contractor for the project Dino remained professional and respectful even as I communicated that I was going in a different direction for the project. I would definitely consider hiring Decano Construction for future concrete projects.

Zach did a great job for us on 2 of our rental properties. We've been through 3 other contractors in the last 6 months who gave us a quote and then disappeared or did a portion of the work and then never came back. Zach was at the homes within a couple days of approving the quote and he did an excellent job fixing damaged concrete on the steps, retaining wall, and sidewalk. We will definitely be using him again in the future!

He knew what needed to be done to complete the job the way it should be done. Old trailor roof had elastomeric on which cracked and blistered. Dave power washed surface, removed loose elastomeric, patched places that were removed, applied new sealant. Applying second coat today. Would recommend Dave to anyone

Justin added a wooden soundproof ceiling including adding 16' joists, 7/16" OSB and fiberglass insulation over 650 sq ft of my interior office drop ceiling that was the only barrier between the office and the noisy fabrication shop. He was on time, and precise with his material list requirements. He checked in with me at the end of each day and updated me on the progress as well as any issues and recommendations to make the job better. He is a stickler for perfection and is extremely efficient in his execution of the work. You will not go wrong hiring Ellenberger Construction. I hire many contractors and he stands out at the top.

I can’t say enough good things about Ron as a contractor and as a person. He’s honest, kind and professional. He impressed me from start to finish. I hired him initially to build a pergola over my garage. He impressed me with outstanding craftsmanship, and completed the job on time and beyond my expectations. He was quick to respond to any questions I had. It turned out beautifully and has added tremendous curb appeal to our home. His work is not only excellent, but affordable. He will be the first person I will call for any future home projects.

John is a one man wonder! He is the man that comes to your house, does your measurements, quotes your price and does the work. He works faster than other contractors I've had that have 2-3 men on site. He has done quite a few smaller projects for me. Replaced a few windows, expanded and opened up a closet at the bottom of my stairs, replaced my entire staircase with a pre made set from Salem mill work, and re did quite a bit of my upstairs full bathroom. He is currently closing in my small back porch to make a mud room. His work is outstanding, his prices are good and he is honest. He won't tell you that you need something if you don't!! And for a single mom, that's really important! I could go on and on... highly recommended.

Garrand Custom Interiors finished my basement and updated my kitchen. My family is completely satisfied and impressed by the workmanship and detail. The kids love their new gaming area. The crew showed up on time and were courteous while in my home. Unlike a previous contractor I used, Garrand Custom made it a point to keep the work areas clean and neat during the renovations. The cost was lower than expected, and I plan on using them for my bathroom projects next.

Jan came out to inspect a job that was not performed by himself or company. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to anyone not looking to get hosed by the "general contractors" out there. Professional and knowledgable of electric as well as other work in the home.
