- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing can vary depending on location, type of work, and tools needed to complete the job. However, you could expect a base rate of $60/hour on most jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through phone call, email, or text we ask for your information such as name, phone number, address, and short job description. We like to schedule an estimate at your convenience in order for us to assess the job, take pictures and answer any questions you have. Then, we return to the office and work up a free personalized quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Directly from high school honors graduation to fulltime exterior and interior foreman of all things residential remodeling. I have over 10 years fulltime experience alongside my father who has been in business for over 45 years.
