I can't be thankful enough that I found Kurt from Foxtrot & Moore Property Management! I did a complete renovation job on multi-unit building. Kurt was a pleasure to deal with right from the beginning. He is very knowledgeable in everything regarding construction and management. The job moved quickly and smoothly. Kurt was on top of every single detail from the plans and permits, roofing, exterior front and back of house, plumbing & plumbing fixtures, electric and lighting, kitchens & appliances, framing, flooring, fire sprinkler, doors and door hardware, windows, painting and scraping etc. Kurt did not miss a beat; he was organized and always ahead of the game. He is really great at problem solving and resolving any unforeseen issues that come up. My job with Kurt was a smooth hassle-free experience! Kurt and the crew came out to replace my roof that badly needed it. Upon removal of the old roof they found issues that needed to be addressed to get up to code. He could have easily quoted me a sky high price but his prices came back as fair and the crew finished off the job with out a hitch. 100% satisfied and thrilled with the time frame the work was completed. Would recommend as a contender for your roofing and gutter needs.
