My time with Tiff was wonderful. She modified exercises for me. She helped me look past my fears, self doubt and really boosted my self confidence. Our workouts were efficient and effective. She is kind, helpful, funny and motivating. She is a first rate trainer. Love ya' girl.

I had the privilege of having individual training sessions with Tiffany for eight years. She is attentive to specific needs, and offers exercises to accommodate any limitations you might have. She offers a variety of exercises, which keep you engaged and motivated. I respect her for her expertise and wealth of knowledge. In 2004 I signed up to train with Tiffany. For over 8 years, I was part of a group that worked out twice a week. We loved our work outs. Tiffany isn’t a typical trainer with a common certification. She has a master’s degree, and uses her knowledge to carefully match her clients with exercises that are right for them. She once told me that she had us doing side lunges because the muscle memory would help prevent injury if we were to slip on ice (it was winter). I did slip on the ice weeks after that conversation but I didn’t pull a muscle. I wasn’t sore and I felt good. She often told us the reason for the types of exercises we did during training. She is the best!
