Pros:
We had an easy experience with ARS. They did a good job of refinishing old wooden floors that had water damage, pet stains and a bad diy refinishing job done by my father-in-law. The floors look great and well cared for. There was a contract and the work was good quality.
Cons:
I preface this with the note that we are happy with the results and lack of hassle involved, overall.
* There was a certain level of lackadaisical professionalism in dealing with ARS. We paid a nominal fee to retain them but then the details were not hammered out or confirmed (dates, times etc) at that time.
* Some details were a little messy. Examples: stain on the baseboards along stairs, noticable mismatch to boards that needed to be replaced, shortcutting a gap between a doorway and hallway, with badly fit scrap wood.
That being said, these are minor points and I would recommend them.

After 20yrs of high traffic, my hardwood kitchen floor looks like new! Andrew and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and reliable . I didn't think my floor could ever look this good again. I highly recommendation them!
