- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since every customer is unique and the events are one of a kind, there is no set process. G's Liquid Services will work closely with all new customers to make sure the event is tailor-made, hitch free, and an awesome experience. Whether you keep it simple or go extravagant, Gs Liquid Services will make your event one everyone remembers.

- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Q. Do you provide the alcohol, beer or wine? A. No, however we do provide complimentary beverage consultation to help you calculate exactly what you need to purchase based upon the number of expected guests. Q. What do I need to provide? A. You are responsible for anything that will be consumed by your guests such as alcohol, beer, wine, mixers, fruit garnishes, unless youve purchased additional options. Q. How much advanced notice do you need to book an event? A. We ask that you book your event 2-3 weeks in advance. The earlier you book your event, the better chance you have at securing your date. Q. How many bartenders do I need? A. G's Liquid Services schedules one bartender for parties of 75 or less. You may order additional bartenders. Your specific event may also require additional bartenders to better serve you. If you are only serving beer and wine, we will staff 1 bartender for 75-100 guests. Q. What will the bartender wear? A. Professionalism is a standard with G's Liquid Services. All bartenders dress in the industry standard black slacks, white button up shirt, and tie. We can alter attire for themed parties upon host's request. Q. Do you require a deposit? A. Yes, to ensure that your event date is booked. Q. Do you have time blocks or hourly minimums? A. We are flexible and customize your event even down to the time. There are no minimum or maximum hour limits. However, we require an hour before the event and an hour after the event for set-up and break-down. Q. What about gratuity? How do I tip the bartender? A. You may express your gratuity by allowing our bartenders to place a tip jar in the bar area - OR - you may provide a cash gratuity directly to the bartender at the end of the event of 16% your total bill. Q. What will the bartenders bring? A. All basic bar supplies and tools including (shakers, ice scooper, bottle/wine opener, speed pours, drink stirrers, napkins, bar caddy, fruit garnishment tray, cutting board, paring knife, etc.) Portable bar, ice coolers, and more with Full-on package or added on.
