My wife and I moved 9 times between 2001 and 2011 so needless to say we have a lot of experience with landlords and property managers. We were tenants of Mr. Bradshaw for 2 years before we purchased our home in 2011. We look for 3 things is a landlord or property manager: 1) Exceptional Customer Service 2) Respect of Privacy 3) Attention to Tenant Needs Mr. Bradshaw is very personable, friendly, and attentive. He is very easy to work with and listens to what his tenants have to say. We always felt that our privacy was a priority for Mr. Bradshaw. He always gave plenty of notice when he needed to enter our space and respected our personal lives when considering a visit. There was never an issue that arose that Mr. Bradhsaw did not address in a timely fashion. We were always taken care of and any service issue that came up was handled by esteemed professionals. We would recommend Boomtown, Inc. to anyone looking for a property manager and would gladly work with Mr. Bradshaw again in the future.

I was eager to hire Justin to care for our lawn, when I first heard that he managed his own lawn care business. Justin and his team have manicured and maintained our 1.58-acre lawn for the past two seasons at a very fair and reasonable price. In the short time that Justin has cared for our lawn, our lawn has taken on a more professionally manicured appearance. Justin and his team never cease to amaze me by their clean and professional personal appearance. He and his team are always mannerly, dependable, thorough and consistent. Justin manages and works along side his team as they carry out their responsibilities of lawn mowing, trimming, edging, leaf blowing and clean up. My husband and I are so pleased with Justin’s work that this year we plan to have him mulch our flowerbeds; design and construct a play area; clean our guttering and power wash our house. I have known Justin Francis for three years as we attend the same church. He is a very talented musician at our church. Justin is always willing to help the church with various projects. He recently worked on and helped to manage a landscaping project at the school where our church meets. Justin exhibited his skill and expertise to help beautify an otherwise unsightly area. I highly recommend Justin to care for and maintain anyone’s lawn and property grounds whether large or small. Justin has an excellent work ethic and shows true leadership qualities. He is very well organized, diligent, and punctual and would be an asset to anyone’s team.

I will be either doing your payroll or bookkeeping, and I report everything directly to your accountant for him or her to prepare your tax return.
