- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is based on the client's budget and the length of time I feel I will need to get the job done and provide the client with great customer service as well as images that are above and beyond what they expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the client in person or on the phone and discuss in detail what type of images they are looking for. Let them know what ideas I have and together we come up with something creative, professional and unique to that specific client or business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked with various companies and clients in all types of businesses and have a well rounded resume of experience and energy to always improve my work and also my clients expectations.
