- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to travel, the amount of people, or the amount of a lighting and effects that you may need every event is priced differently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive your date request ,We have an initial phone consultation where we explain exactly what we do for your special day. Once the deposit is received we confirm your date and you receive your codes for the back office to your personal Mini web page to keep all your details on. You have complete access to us via phone or email up to the day of your event for any questions you may have. We go out of their way to assure our client has nothing to worry about when it comes to the music for your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Reputation speaks for itself. we get quite a bit of our business from Word of Mouth. I have also produced records and played percussion with some professional bands which gave me my musical ear.
