He was exceptional at removing our old carpet in family room and installing brand new carpet. Also fixed and patched all other areas of ripped or torn carpet in the house to where you’d never know they were damaged. All this at a great price. Also very honest with the information he gave me. This is my new carpet guy from now on.

Before the work, Mike was great with communicating when he would be visiting for a free estimate. While we had a hiccup, he did arrive and was very thorough in his inquiries related to my project. I had ancient carpets removed from three bedrooms, the hallway, and one flight of stairs. He arrived exactly when he said he would and his aide was polite and kind. They worked HARD and FAST. Mike and his assistant completed the full job in about 4 hours. He pulled most of the pins and staples- asking for forgiveness should they have missed one or two. (No forgiveness was necessary!) He did a great job. A few nails were left in various places, but I do not believe any professional could have pulled ALL of the nails and staples. It just was not possible. When they finished, there was an unfortunate surprise under the carpets: remnants from the previous homeowners. Mike advised what materials we would need to complete our next step. I would recommend the Happy Family Carpet Cleaning without reservation to any friends or family. Even after he left, I called him from Lowes with questions about what materials and tools would be best to use on the hardwood flooring that we had under the carpets. He was generous and kind with my questions and repeated clarifications. Thank you, Mike. I am grateful for your hard work.
