Introduction: I offer a full range of training specializing in body building, weight loss, flexibility, high intensity intervals, toning, and sports performance as well as self defense and martial arts instruction.
I am offering one-on-one or couples/friends training. I will training you at your current gym, outdoors or at your home of you own equipment. Rates will be based on number of sessions purchased and number of participates, starting at $20/session, and each session will last 50 minutes. Our first session will cover fitness and nutrition goals as well as your current fitness/injury assessment.
