First let me start off by saying these movers are very polite and are reliable. From start (setting up appointment) to finish, they are prompt. They stick to their word and arrive as expected. I rated them a three because they did not come equipped, no furniture padding or covering and don't have insurance to cover any damages (didnt know that up front). They are affordable and their quote didn't change. The Main item I needed moved was damaged in a couple spots granted it was an extremely heavy and bulky piece, this could have been prevented if it was properly protected. When we set up the appointment we were asked how heavy was the item and exactly what it was so that they can bring "special" equipment, we described the piece of furniture as piano heavy and was on the second floor. To my surprise no special equipment.... When all said and done they were able to get it out of my place and it was in one piece. I know for future furniture purchases to make sure the protection plan is added to my purchase. I also when using a moving company will ask about insurance policy to cover any broken or damaged items and to thoroughly cover all of the furniture of value myself. If they bring their own furniture padding it will be extra protection!

Hired these guys once before to move my 5 bedroom home once before as well. Customer service is as advertised, and the crew was very careful with my furniture. Professional, quality service for a very affordable price. Would certainly hire again. I highly recommend!

the first crew was a no show. I called and a second crew showed up but over two hours late. They worked really hard and finished in good time, I think they overbooked, instead of telling me they couldn't meet my requested time

When working with a new customer, our goal is to make them feel comfortable and confident in the services we provide. We strive to make sure everything is explained and every question that the customer might have is answered.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a full-time college student trying to make ends meet, I worked part-time moving houses. I saw how things were run, and had a vision for a better moving company. I had a vision for a company that valued customer service as much as we value a job well done. Here at Titan Moving, our goal is to ensure the customer receives fast, friendly service with a smile.
