- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is affordable and we offer discounts for new clients and various discounts and promotions for our existing clients. We make sure a Consumer, as well as a Small to Mid-Size Business owner, can afford our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple: A client calls for an in-person appointment and then we do a thorough information intake so we know how to assist the new client. At that time, we provide the paperwork that needs to be completed and we advise the client about the information that is needed for the appointment. to get started. We also offer Virtual Services and Phone/Video appointments. This allows us to provide services for all 50 states.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4-year degree in Accounting and Business Management. I have been an authorized e-file provider for the IRS since 1990. I have been a Tax Preparer for 27 years and I am certified through the AFSP program. I am in the process of completing my Enrolled Agent certification. Yearly, I take 24 hours of continuing education to get updated for the various changes that come year to year. I have been providing Accounting, Bookkeeping and Payroll services for 16 years to Small and Mid-Size businesses. I am also a certified Credit Specialist and Consultant.
