I hired Maikeewee to photograph a surprise engagement. We are an awkward couple to say the least but Maikeewee was so kind and patient and thoughtful. After capturing the moments of the engagement she gently led us through the rest of the shoot so she could get high quality candid photos. Not to mention she was more than willing to hike a trail to get to the engagement spot! The photos were ready in just a few short days, faster than we anticipated. Each one is so perfect and captures us as two people in love and not as the two awkward dorks that we are. 10/10 would recommend.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Illustration. I possess strong skills in working with editing software through my studies. When it comes to photography, I had to teach myself how to use the camera; everything was learned through trial and error.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After Covid, I discovered a new hobby, which I was able to develop into a professional career.
