Introduction: I have been a management trainer, group facilitator and a management consultant for over 25 years. I own my own firm and some of my clients were General Motors Corporation and two assembly plants. Another client of mine was Lipton tea. We consulted on product improvement at all their plants and corporate headquarters. Ragu spaghetti sauce was another client where we worked on product improvement and management training at both of their plants, the original in Rochester and another plant down in Owensboro Kentucky. I combined my business expertise with my formal education which consist of a Bachelor's degree in teacher education, a Master's degree in communication and finally, another Master's degree in leadership education. I can utilize the skills to tutor students in business and basic mathematics as well as reading writing and particularly, business writing.
