- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard price for our service because we work with the customer to customize the event. The price may vary due to length of event, and what other options the customer may choose to go with. We would be glad to discuss pricing, and options to meet the customers needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work hand and hand with the customer every step of the way. We realize how important the event is to them, and treat the whole process with respect, and professionalism. We explain all the details, and the many options we offer, and tailor the event to exactly how they want it. The customer is our focus.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer years of experience with multiple djs. One of our djs is a radio personality in Erie, PA. We have performed at all kinds of events from wedding receptions to school dances. We know how important the event is to the customer. Along with that we enjoy performing at the events as much as the guests enjoy themselves.
