FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and based on the size and difficulty of the job. Smaller service calls or troubleshooting are usually charged hourly, while larger jobs can be quoted at a flat rate. I always give a clear estimate up front so there are no surprises. Travel fees may apply for jobs outside the Erie area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to what the customer needs and inspecting the site or photos to understand the job. I’ll give a clear estimate and explain what’s being done before starting. Once approved, I handle the work carefully, test everything, and clean up before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from EIT Technical School in 2021 and hold an Electrical Apprentice/Helper License from the City of Erie (#2171, valid through 12/31/2025). I’ve worked on residential, commercial, and low-voltage systems including lighting, data, and power distribution.
