Lake Effect did a great job in waterproofing my basement. It was damp and moldy but they did a great job of giving us a dry and clean basement walls/floor

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Landscaping, pointing, masonry repair, bathroom remodels.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask them questions. Dont be afraid to speak up if you are not happy with something. A good contractor will work with you.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

That we are not looking to get everything we can out of a customer. If we enter a home and see that the original assessment was wrong and a much more inexpensive fix can be applied we are going to let the home owner know and let them make that decision. As opposed to doing what will make us the most money.
