- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies on many aspects of your event. We offer a full range of Wedding & Event Services so we happily discount if you book multiple services with our company. Our prices aren't outrageous. We have packages and prices for almost every budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we like to talk and get to know our client and their needs so we can best meet them. Photography and Entertainment is a personality based industry and we need to understand how to make our client's event a success. After first contact we'll send out an online questionnaire to gather basic info and then set up a face-to-face or telephone meeting. We're pretty flexible to our client's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has 3 main branches of service: Coordination, Disc Jockey, Photography. Our TEAM leaders have engaged in professional training and schooling including: Wedding Planning, Graphic Arts and Web Design, Stage Sound & Lighting Production, and Photography. Each of our employees hired under them has been personally trained by our TEAM leaders to ensure they understand the how and why we do business the way that we do. Our client's happiness is our most important goal.
