- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 3 different membership tiers based on the level of service you desire and how hands-on or hands-off you want to be. Pricing starts as a complimentary membership. Travel dreaming, design, planning, reservation and concierge services are structured around a tiered pricing model based on the level of detail and time involved in creating that experience. Pricing starts at $500.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified with The Travel Institute with the CTA (Certified Travel Agent) and currently working on the Certified Travel Counselor (CTC). We frequently attend educational webinars, mini trade shows, training sessions and international events to keep on top of the latest trends, exciting developments and keep our certification current.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weekend trips for the family to Washington, DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York City and Pittsburgh. Honeymoons to the caribbean and Mexico plus Costa Rica are most common. We love the exotic experiences to New Zealand, Fiji, French Polynesia and Thailand. Vacations to Italy, England, Ireland. Custom designed travel like the Formula1 Grand Prix in Germany was wonderful. Anniversaries to Italy and France are popular as well. But this all changes based on what YOU want. That's what makes it so great.
