I’m upfront about my pricing — no hidden fees or surprises. My goal is to offer fair rates for high-quality work. If I see something that might add cost (like unexpected repairs), I’ll always let you know before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick chat or message to learn what you need. Then I’ll give you a clear, honest quote/schedule a time that works for you. Once I’m on-site, I treat your home like it’s my own — clean, precise, and thorough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in plumbing and certifications for sewer, water, and gas work. I’m also OSHA certified for job safety. On top of that, I train weekly — not just mechanically, but also in business and life skills — to keep improving and deliver the best possible results.
