FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very simple pricing. I don't like the package thing to be honest. If you hire our company, I will ensure personally that everything will be planned out and EVERYBODY will be on the same page. I will say that many people don't want to pay 2500 for a dj for their wedding. We can do a lot of things with 4 or 5 lights and a fog machine, if you want your night to be special and can't afford 2500 bucks, I will work it out with you; I LOVE playing with the electronic devices that we have, naturally, if we have to work longer to set more up, like lighting around the bridal table, yes, we would have to charge more, but we can work it out, anything can be accomplished through communication; we have plenty of simple electronic devices in todays society, communicating is simple!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are so many new things coming out in the digital era. Sound systems, music, the lighting you can tie into it all,...it is really an exciting time in the music industry!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have played the guitar since I was about 8 or 9. When I was younger, we used to go camping with my family. We had lots of friends who would sit around the fire at night and listen to me work on songs and practice singing. It turned into a 37 year stage career as a singer and guitarist. I've performed with several national recording acts like Ricky Nelson, Dave Rowland & Sugar, The Corbin/Hanner Band, Donnie Iris & the Cruisers and many other performances over the years. Our band Stagger-Lee which originated in 1988, is still performing once a month or so. DJing is a natural for me after being on stage for over 5000 shows in my career....
