- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the amount of stuff that I have to haul away. I am always honest and tell the customer the full price before starting the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in every junk removal project is to establish what all is to be removed and where from. I prefer that customers send me pictures of the items that need removed so that we can be on the same page. Then, once a price is agreed on, I come and remove the unwanted items on a day and time that is most convenient for the customer. I then accept cash or check upon the completion of the project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for hauling things. When I was a toddler, my favorite thing to do was load up my little red wagon and haul things around the backyard. Now that I am grown up, my favorite thing to do is load up my big white truck and haul things around the world.
