Our services are Great for people with busy lifestyles, awesome for pets with high anxiety or variety of health issues. Or maybe you dislike dropping your pet off at a shop so therefore you may not get your pup groomed as much as you should, Lets face it, not to many dogs actually want to stand still and be groomed, when they have better plans for their days, but this service sure does help eliminate that anxiety. They were very responsive and I was able to schedule an appointment right away.
They arrived on time and were ready to take my dog. During the process they sent pics and also sent a final of my dogs first grooming experience! I loved it!
She looks wonderful!

Heather let me know that she would actually be early. She had a person helping her which made me feel more confident. My puppy is a little skittish and I'm sure having two people made grooming her a lot easier. They were very nice, very professional and my puppy looked great!

Heather is the best I would recommend for any breed of dog, she loves them all. She is professional and punctual, and treats your dog like one of her own. Her experience in grooming is what makes her a professional. Just tell her what you want and need for your pet and she will make it happen. Glad I was fortunate enough to get her to come to my home.

Heather was prompt responding and setting up our appointment. She was very professional and treated our dogs ( a golden retriever and a long haired dachshund )with love and care. She did a great job grooming them and they look fabulous!

Heather was awesome!! My dogs look so good and I can tell they feel refreshed - she took care of it all from baths to cuts to nails, etc. Heather was great with both of my dogs, one of which has some anxiety - and they were much more relaxed as the grooming was done in the comfort of our own home. She was courteous of my time, and gave updates on her arrival. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a Full Service Mobile Grooming Salon, so yes you pay more than typical grooming shop for the convenience of us traveling to your location. All travel fees are already included in our pricing.
All pricing is based on breed, size, coat condition an frequency of grooming.
Where the website is listed will direct you to online booking, prices are listed there.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is a very high demand service, we ask that you message via text or email for likely same day reply. We are on the road all day, using GPS and cannot take or return calls during that time, For the safety of all pets I do not take calls during grooming sessions. Once we finally make it home, its evening and we have a family to care for so hopefully you can understand why its tough taking and returning calls. So please if at possible, text or email. We have set up online booking which where the website is listed, it will ask you a few short questions and list the prices starting at " " I can also send you the link to fill out the intake form and service agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have dedicated that past 16 years to taking care and providing high quality grooms for your furry best friends!
