- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing rubric is individual to each job. We offer pricing based on a variety of factors unique to your project. We utilize thorough in-person consultations to ensure accurate and fair price offers to all clients. We may offer either fixed rate or hourly pricing depending on project details. We thoroughly discuss budget requirements with our clients and we have no hidden/undisclosed fees. We strive to keep our pricing process simple and transparent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin each project with a thorough consultation. This allows homeowners and contractors to meet our team, explain their vision, and ask questions. A consultation gives our architects a chance to see the full scope of project spaces to answer questions accurately, envision projects to their full potential, and formulate fair and precise pricing quotes. The consultation is a great time for our architects to walk clients through the full project process, from schematic design to construction administration and everything in-between.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After obtaining a Bachelor of Architecture from NJIT and receiving nearly 6 years of mentorship at the various firms of senior architects in the field, our owner/operator, Matt Rytelewski, RA, pursued his dream of opening his own firm after developing a passion for residential architecture. We have been grateful to enjoy a successful business and build a trusted clientele.
