Home Theater System Installation or Replacement

I had a few sound system things I needed to get installed in my new house. I had a couple of sets of speakers from my previous house and also wanted to install some new equipment. It was a total of 3 different installments he helped me with. I am so glad I was able to find Erik on this app because he did a great job! Pictures attached of the 3 jobs. What I appreciated most about Erik is his expertise and knowledge. He gave me genuine input on how to best setup each room and took the time to ensure he understood what I was looking for but also made recommendations. He even went above and beyond on giving me advice on things beyond the projects I paid him for. I certainly will keep in touch with Erik for future needs/jobs. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience. Erik arrived on time. He took down my old tv/sound bar and mounted my new tv/sound bar. He made sure I knew how to work my new tv and then left my house as clean as when he got there.

Erik replaced my old tv, and upgraded my home theatre system. I now have a "smart" tv that gives me everything I need for entertainment. His price was very reasonable and he was here on time, tidied up, and was a very nice person to have in my home.

We had Eric come and intall our universal remote and integrate our audio and video system. He understood the whole set up (that was already there) and gave suggestions to improve the home theater system for better quality appropriately. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge, understanding of the electronics and patience. He spent a lot of time perfecting the work. In fact he came 3 on 3 different days to complete the work which he was initially expecting to complete in 1 day. Since he wanted it done perfectly he persisted and completed it. He certainly went above and beyond to trouble shoot and improve our wifi by wiring it and moving it to a different floor. I highly recommend him for any home theater work, universal remote or any electronic work at home. In fact we are going to get him to do another job at home and also have recomended him to our friends.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    All of our work is custom, so every job gets its own project proposal with hardware, software and labor spelled out in detail. Nothing is hidden and everything is clearly described and easy to understand.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Usually we meet in person to discuss the desired outcome and any limiting factors for the project, such as location, budget and/or existing equipment. During the initial visit we begin educating the client as to the choices that would best align their goals with an experience that will leave them fulfilled for years to come. Once we have a mutual agreement on the project size and scope we submit a project proposal that explains the solution in detail and offers a complete total (no surprises or in-project add-ons that drive the price up later). Once an agreement is signed and a deposit is made we schedule the job and manage the purchasing and installation accordingly. If other trades are involved, such as architects or designers we will meet with them and manage all of the audio, video and control aspects of the job so that the clients' interests and needs are met when the project reaches its final stages. Ongoing services can be purchased yearly or in an as-needed fashion.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All of our staff has been classroom and/or online trained in basic and advanced levels of networking and consumer electronics design and implementation. We also have over 30 years of in-the-field experience delivering information technology, services and consumer electronics solutions throughout the country.
