- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are inclusive of all labor, taxes, material, and fees. We also have a No Change Order Guarantee: Any change to your signed estimate will never cost you any incremental money—if one is needed, we will cover 100% of the difference!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we have a technician perform a free site assessment for new garage door installations, taking pictures, measurements, and ensuring we provide an accurate and detailed quote. The technician will mock up various styles and options for the homeowner on your actual home / garage to ensure you love your new garage door before proceeding!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers and technicians are certified through the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation (IDEA). Plus, we have an in-house training facility that ensures all Bullseye technicians are highly capable installers who will ensure your job is installed safely, securely, and properly!
