- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a veteran owned company, we do offer a military discount on all projects. We also offer financing that we believe is the best fit for our customers which is available on our website through the "Get Prequalified" button.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are assigned a sales representative based off of their project specifications. Every customer meets with our project coordinator to pick out their specific finishes, from paint to flooring, and everything in between. Our field managers will then handle the construction process from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are OSHA certified and also have first aid and CPR training. We also hold CAPM certifications.
