- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home improvement contracting requires negotiation in pricing. Our Quotes can only reflect the information provided to us by the customer. Communication is key and we strive to remain in constant contact throughout the course of your experience. We will be able to provide you a much clearer picture of work once you provide us the opportunity to look at the work on site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a phone call to discuss work. Then we will come to the customers location and size up the job. We will provide a written estimate for review and approval and then move forward with the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 12 years of experience in multiple mechanical and construction trades. We rely on this experience to provide you with options.
