I first reached out to Janelle after my husband and I purchased a townhouse knowing the seller wasn’t planning on doing any move out cleaning (unfortunately). My plan was to have someone come give the townhouse a deep clean before we moved anything in and things worked out perfectly with Janelle with my timeline. Janelle was very quick to reply to my messages and we had very open communication. She arrived promptly with her own cleaning supplies including a vacuum and was willing to clean anything that needed some TLC. Thank you Janelle! The house already smells brand new!

Janelle responded very quickly and was willing to do the job a few days later. I was studying for the USMLE licensing exam and had to have the house cleaned in the same week. She was very flexible with my schedule and even got a stain out of a rug that I had given up on being able to get out.

Ideally I like to meet with my clients to set up a customized cleaning plan to fit individual needs. I am very thorough and detail-oriented and will make your house shine. I will also do extra services including refrigerator clean out and oven cleaning.
