This professional worked diligently for hours on my project. I had no idea that she would need as much time as she did (my fault) because she was so thorough. It is easy to keep up with my house cleaning now because of her excellent work. She showed up on time she was professional and I would hire her again in a minute.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with new clients to discuss what their main objective is.. I like to find out what areas in the home they want done and also find out if they want a particular product used when cleaning. I also ask if they need my additional service of steam cleaning carpets. We will discuss day and time of any reoccurring cleanings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have mostly hands on experience, 9 years of professional service. I started out working for Merry Maids. I also worked for Goods Furniture and flooring. Working for both of those companies, I learned what the best products are to use when cleaning appliances, furniture, flooring and carpets.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I believe my love for cleaning has been with me since birth. God gives each of us a special talent. He made me a Cleaning Warrior!
