My computer crashed and I asked them to look at it and see what was wrong. They called me the next day and told me what was wrong and gave me a price to repair it. I declined as it was an old computer and not worth the expense to fix it. When I went to pick it up I expected a small charge for them to look at it and there was none. I was surprised! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We offer free diagnostics or free consultations for the majority of our services. When dealing with new or repeat customers, we make sure they are provided with the best customer service and are presented with all available options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are a collection of geeks who have been working with computers since we were kids. Our experience growing up with computers has been a huge contribution to our success. Every employee offers their own skillset. Their training may also include certifications, college degrees, or certified training in certain skills (Such as Cisco).
- What types of customers have you worked with?We have worked with both residential and business customers. There is no problem too big or too small for us to tackle.
