I have been looking for a good MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school for a while but couldn't find one that fit my budget and still offered great instructions. Until I found BJJ Fitness Academy. It doesn't get better than these guys. The money is right, my Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Judo skills have improved 100%. And I lost 18 lbs in 3 months without making any drastic changes to my diet. I'm never touching a treadmill again! If you come check this place out, you will see what I mean.
