Ed was great! He responded to my request and came out the very next day. He kept me informed throughout the job and gave me great advice on maintenance. I will definitely use his service again for any other repairs I need. He was also on time and was very friendly and dressed professionally. As a mom home alone with the kids, feeling comfortable with people who need to come in the house is important to me, I would recommend him to anyone.

Ed repaired our washer and dryer. He explained what he was doing and why. Cost was a lot less than we expected. Ed is a very personable individual as we enjoyed our conversations. I strongly recommend his services.

Ed was excellent. Came in, diagnosed the problem with my dryer immediately, had the necessary part on hand, and fixed it immediately. This guy knows his stuff. Very personable as well. He knows his Eagles lol. 10/5 stars. Would recommend to anyone.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I generally like to call or text through out the entire repair process to make sure I meet the customers schedule. I also like to show and explain what and why I’m doing the things I do. I believe with knowledge and courteous service you company will grow.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was hired as an apprentice for one of the largest appliance repair companies in the area. After completing my apprenticeship, I worked as a technician for a while before moving into the general manager role. After 2 years, we parted ways and I started my own appliance company. Currently it is just me and occasionally my son assists me as my helper.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with and will work with anyone who has an appliance need.
