- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price jobs with quality products at competitive pricing. Our goals are for quality of work and providing a superior service. The prices I provide are final prices for the project to be done as discussed prior to the work begining with taxes included. I do discounts for military and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the size of the job, and materials we are using.. for larger jobs we generally ask for a percentage down for material cost and to begin work. For smaller jobs, we normally can go out and do the work and square up after the work is completed. When sealing... I walk the asphalt surface to be sealed.. we edge and clean off the surface... fill cracks ,repair damages, and, block oil stains before sealing. For decks.. we check the layout... do a rough drawing to locate steps and locations and designs. We verify material type the customer is looking for to build a final price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in a family working construction and demolition since i was 9. Ive had hands on experience my whole life guided by my father. I eventually went to worked with a friend for 15 years who opened a flooring company helping him begin his business. I managed 20 crews and 14 box stores installs, I was also running estimates and helping guide customers into products and designs that suited there needs and offered the looks they desired in there homes or businesses. i also learned the difference of quality of products. I was drawing up measures and layouts, and selling installs directly for the company. On top of that i was running my own business on the side.
