- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Let's start with a casual 15 minute conversation about what you need help with at no cost. Over the years we have found that our clients prefer to have a fixed price when they hire us to write their business plan. We offer three standard fixed price levels as well as custom pricing. Please view our website for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick. Easy. Affordable. Step 1 is an introductory phone call at no charge. We’d love to learn what you want to accomplish with your business and why you are writing your plan. Will the plan serve as the blueprint for your success, impress a banker, land an investor or a combination of the three? Step 2 is determining if a mini plan is sufficient or if the detail provided in a full plan is necessary. Also will you need a pitch presentation for an investor? Step 3 is a series of screen sharing session where we take your business dream and get it on paper. 3 steps, it’s that easy…
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Seven years of college, 50+ continuing education certificates and over 100 professional development seminars provide the textbook knowledge of accounting and finance. Having owned several businesses provides the practical side of applying the knowledge. Two of the businesses provide bookkeeping and accounting services. Temple University, Harrisburg Area Community College and Elizabethtown College are the institutions I attended.
