- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always looking for that extra punch to give to my food in both taste and how good it looks. Through magazines, books, and visiting venues with food, I can get ideas on how to expand my menu and presentation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I presently work for a caterer. Nine years ago I knew very little about preparing food but with experience I have found that I enjoy it very much. Creating a delicious meal is what I am for.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My past experience has been with weddings, luncheons, school and church events.
