- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is set up on depending on the type of work that needs to be done and how long it will take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have them call me, they can ask me as many questions they have and then I can give them a quote over the phone. From there they can let me know if they interested in my service or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work in hotels now for 7 years. I started as a regular enginer, now I am a chief engineer. I also worked in construction for more than 10 years. This is a passion of mine. I went to school and took out my fire safety director license, active shooter, osha, boiler certification, sprinker license and standpipe license. Looking to go back for my EPA license soon.
