Introduction
My name is Nicolas "Nico" Kambouroglos, I am a Lancastrian born and raised. Photography has always been a part of my life. From the little guy with a disposable camera on class field trips to the college kid with a point and shoot that had to document everything, a camera was always in my hand. However, it took some soul searching and some pushing from family & friends before I was convinced this hobby could be a career. I enrolled and completed the Digital Photography Program at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design have never looked back. I found my place and I don't believe that I could enjoy any profession more than this. [ Well, maybe a race car driver, but this is a lot safer :) ] I launched Nicokam Photography in May of 2015 and have strived to grow and improve everyday since. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have about any of my services. Thanks for taking the time to check out my page and I look forward to working with you soon! - Nico nicokam.com

On a whim, we selected Nico to take our elopement/wedding photos. He was on time, remained even when our ceremony was delayed, and endured very cold weather to take photos of us in our favorite park. We highly recommend Nico to anyone in need of a photographer. He is extremely professional and our photos are amazing!

All of our friends and family are blown away just from the 9 pictures we have, we cannot wait to see the rest! Nico has the eye for a good shot and will go the distance to get it! Not to mention he worked we our crazy dog for our engagement pictures! We would recommend Nico to anyone, and have already!

Nico took our engagement and wedding photos and he was wonderful to work with. My husband and I were a little nervous at the beginning of our engagement shoot but Nico quickly relaxed us and all of our pictures came out great! We received lots of compliments on our pictures from friends and family. We cannot wait to work with Nico again!!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

As far as I can look back I've loved photography. I was the kid that always had a kodak disposable in hand for field trips. In collage, my trusty point and shoots had a tough time keeping up with my demands. And then the day came when I bought my first "real camera." Everyday after that I wanted to learn more, I wanted to learn everything. How it worked, why it worked, what is it was capable of? To this very day I've strive to learn more everyday how to be the best photographer I can be. I went to Temple University for graphic design and that is the work I was doing as I sharpened my photo skills. I took every class/seminar that I could and of course, I practiced on anyone and everyone that would let me. Until one day I felt I was ready to be a photographer, full time. I've never looked back, this is the field for me. Everyday I try to get better and everyday I love what I'm doing, my passion for photography only grows with every experience I capture.
