Using pro-cleaning and handyman service was a mistake. They would say they are coming each day and then never come, that was for three days. The first estimate was given and then he tried saying the estimate was going to change after already starting the project, after given a new estimate it almost doubled and the only thing that changed was a small portion of my walkway leading up to my steps. We spoke about the handrails and enclosure of the small porch in the front of my house and added fixing the brick and the steps for the first estimate. Then he tried making me responsible for the extra bricks he purchased and the wrong bricks which he purchased as well. He will not provide me with receipts of his purchases and exclaims he did a bunch of extra things but they are the things he is supposed to do. He is supposed to put the gutter back up he is supposed to make sure things are flush, he was supposed to remove and clean up but that was all told to me that he did that as a favor. Estimates changing is acceptable but not double the price. He left after threatening to remove everything they had done. The wood was not sanded and sealed and the corners are not flush except for four of them and even then they do not line up.
