I want to let everyone know the lengths that DeVere Flooring went to for my family.We purchased a home in 2022 and my wife and I decided on new flooring because LVP was good to us in our last 2 homes. We called 5 different flooring companies and decided to go with De Vere for a few reasons. First of all, Lydia was the only company to call us back the same day. Too many companies leave homeowners hanging on the line for up to a week waiting for a call back to set up an appointment for an estimate. Our life was disrupted enough with the move from Myrtle Beach S.C. and we wanted to get things done ASAP. We set a time for Ben to come over and give us an estimate and he arrived when he was supposed to which couldnt be said for a couple of the other guys. He explained his plans and ideas to us and we felt very comfortable with everything but we had to do our due diligence and hear the others out. Our gut instinct was right! We called Lydia back and scheduled. The job went well and was done in 2 days which left us very happy. After 6 months we noticed a few of the seems were shifting and called Lydia to see if Ben could come back to check it out. He came out and fixed our seams, but warned us that it might happen again because of the spring in our floors. This was our first experience in a mobile home so we were not familiar with the bounce in the floors. We felt them, but we didnt know that it would be an issue. Fast forward another three months and it happens again. I called Lydia again and set up another appointment for Ben to come out and he did an entire glue down free of charge. Now we have no concerns about shifting and our floors look beautiful. Ben went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and we are so grateful for him. I highly recommend Devere flooring for a job done right and Customer Service that is 2nd to none.

Im so glad we decided to go with DeVere flooring to install our new kitchen floor. Ben & Lydia were so easy to work with. They answered calls, texts & emails right away, which is unusual these days! The price was very reasonable compared to some of the other places we got estimates from and the workmanship was top notch. I was extremely happy with the work done by DeVere Flooring. My new ceramic tile floors were professionally done and look good enough to be in a magazine. Ben, the service man, followed our plan and was very polite and knowledgeable. He also was neat and cleaned up any mess. I would definitely recommend them.

I found Devere Flooring on Angi and they had really great reviews. Lydia reached out to me right away and we had an estimate scheduled within a few days. Ben came to my house and gave me a quote for laminate flooring I had picked out previously and I scheduled my job within a few weeks. If you are looking for a small family business with great prices and who does quality work then look no further. Ben and his assistant went above and beyond, they even did part of my basement at no charge with some of the extra flooring. Thank you to Ben and Lydia.
