FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m extremely fair and willing to work with people if the project is more then anticipated or out of the customers budget. There may be some upfront deposits depending upon scope of work. If dealing with live plants and new plantings, remember to water as I don’t pay to replace plants killed by neglect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet or call/text. Get a feel for the job and scope of work and take pics or walk the property. I then outline exactly what the plan is and provide an estimate to the customer. If all goes well we move forward and start work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience in this industry. I have a pa state applicator’s license and am a certified irrigation tech. Also was a certified master gardener for the state of Pennsylvania until the community service required hours got me wore out. Also have countless hours of design and machine operations exoerience. So I am pretty capable and love my career.
