What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job we provide a free estimate for the job. The estimate depends on a # of factors including how many rooms are getting painted, type of paint we are using, prep work, etc. We provide the estimate in person in real time after we see the project. We can typically get out to see a project within 24 hours from when we hear from you originally!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer decides to work with us, we provide a project manager who is responsible for 100% customer happiness. They are the point person for the home owner and make sure everything goes smoothly. Once the project is done, the PM will walk the job with the home owner to make sure everyone is thrilled with the new paint job and everything is cleaned up from the house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has been in real estate and painting for over 15 years now, which is super valuable to helping us guide each painting job.
